ISLE Ventures (“ISLE”, “we”, “us”) is a Lagos and London-based architectural consultancy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through isle-ventures.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Enquiry details you submit through our contact form: name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message.
• Technical information automatically captured with each request: browser user-agent and timestamp. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and manage the resulting project conversation.
• To send you an acknowledgement email confirming what you sent.
• To keep secure internal records of business correspondence.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (submitting the contact form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Enquiries are handled by the two ISLE directors and stored on our secure backend infrastructure (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase — hosted in the EU).

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period thereafter for our business records. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and equivalent legislation you have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@isle-ventures.com.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with row-level security in our backend. Access is restricted to ISLE directors.
